Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel proud of their speech. Here is exactly how our refund and revision policy works.

Free revision — included with every order

Every order automatically includes one free revision. If you are not happy with any part of your speech — the tone, the length, the stories included, the structure — simply reply to your delivery email or WhatsApp message with your specific feedback and we will update your speech within a few hours.

Additional revisions

If after your free revision you are still not satisfied, we will rewrite your speech from scratch at no additional charge. We have never had a customer leave without a speech they felt proud of.

When refunds are issued

We offer a full refund in the following situations: your speech was not delivered within the promised timeframe and you no longer need it, or your speech does not match the details you provided in the form at all. To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your speech at support@weddingsspeech.com with your order details.

When refunds are not issued

Refunds are not issued in the following situations: you changed your mind after receiving the speech, you provided incomplete or inaccurate information in the form and the speech reflected that information, or more than 48 hours have passed since delivery.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 days. Razorpay refunds typically appear within 5–7 days depending on your bank.
