By placing an order on weddingsspeech.com, you agree to the following terms.

Our service

Weddings Speech provides AI-assisted personalized wedding speech writing. You provide details about yourself and the couple, and we deliver a custom speech based on those details via email or WhatsApp.

What you receive

Upon payment you will receive one personalized wedding speech delivered within 30 minutes during active hours (9am–10pm IST). Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered the following morning. The Pro plan includes one free revision. The Premium plan includes unlimited revisions for 48 hours.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in the form. The quality of your speech depends directly on the detail you provide. We cannot be held responsible for a speech that does not meet your expectations if insufficient or inaccurate information was provided.

Intellectual property

The speech we write for you is yours to use freely — for your wedding, in any way you choose. We retain no rights over your delivered speech. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish speeches written for others without permission.

Accuracy and results

While we take great care to produce high-quality, personalized speeches, we cannot guarantee specific audience reactions or outcomes. Wedding speech results depend on delivery, audience, and context beyond our control.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Indian customers pay in INR at the equivalent rate via Razorpay. Prices are subject to change but any order placed at a listed price will be honoured at that price.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
